What helps us most
Mention whether one fixture or several are affected. You do not need to know what is causing the problem. A photo can help if it is safe to take one.
If you smell gas, leave the building. From outside, call 911 and your gas utility. Do not switch anything on or off on the way out, and never attempt gas work yourself.
