Find out why the backup keeps returning
A sewer inspection is a useful next step when a line keeps backing up, several drains are affected, or you have been told the underground pipe needs repair. In Castle Rock and Parker, the visit covers the accessible line and an explanation of what the camera shows. Tell us which fixtures are affected, what has already been tried and whether you have previous inspection footage.
A camera lets us see the inside of the line where access allows. We explain what we can see and how the findings relate to the problems you have noticed.
Understand what the inspection can show
We look for visible blockages, damaged pipe and other conditions that may explain poor drainage. Standing water, debris or limited access can obscure the view. If the camera cannot reach a section or show it clearly, we explain what we could not inspect.
When you call, tell us where the cleanout is, if you know, and about any earlier repairs. You do not need to open a pipe or find buried plumbing yourself. We can discuss access at the property and explain what is needed to inspect the affected run.
Inspection, cleaning or repair?
Inspection helps you choose the next step; it does not itself clear an obstruction or replace damaged pipe. A simple fixture blockage may call for drain cleaning. If material in the sewer line prevents a useful view, we discuss whether cleaning is needed before the assessment can continue and how that work is priced.
When the visible pipe condition supports a repair, we explain the findings before proposing sewer line repair. If cleaning is the appropriate option, hydro jetting may be considered after the line and access have been assessed. The choice depends on your pipe, not simply the symptom.
Leave with a clearer next step
Ask how much of the line we inspected, what we could not see and why we recommend the next step. We discuss further assessment or proposed work before it begins. Keep the findings with your earlier repair records so future decisions are based on what is known about the line.
