Who we are
Humble Services Ltd is a family-owned residential plumbing, heating, cooling, drain, sewer and excavation company based in Castle Rock, Colorado, working in Castle Rock and Parker. You can reach us on 720-469-6864 or at HumbleServices@pm.me.
What we collect
When you call or email us, we hold what you tell us: your name, the contact details you give us, the address of the property, and a description of the work. We keep notes and photographs of the work we carry out, which is normal practice in the trade and is how we can answer questions about a job later.
When you use the request form, we also collect the email address you choose to give us, the service you select and any preferred date, together with your message, so we can reply and plan the visit.
This website does not run advertising, analytics or tracking cookies of its own. It embeds a Google map on the service-areas section; when that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy, over which we have no control.
What we do with it
We use it to quote, schedule, carry out and stand behind the work, and to contact you about that work. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except where we need a supplier or subcontractor to complete your job, or where the law requires it.
Photographs
We photograph our own work. Before any photograph of your property appears on this website or anywhere else public, we ask you first. If a photograph of your property is already published and you want it removed, tell us and we will take it down.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we may reasonably need them to answer questions about work we performed, and then we dispose of them.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling 720-469-6864 or emailing HumbleServices@pm.me. If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act may give you further rights; we will honor them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date shown above.
